Every end user of the solution must be licensed.

What to expect

PartnerEdge Run and Partner Managed Cloud contracts are independent from each other. While PartnerEdge Run needs a partnering agreement, Partner Managed Cloud needs a licensing agreement.

Have most key requirements above in place. Have skilled resources in place who can manage SAP solutions running in a private cloud.

A limited number of partner managed cloud partnerships are in place today, but expect the competition in this area to increase over time.

A license for an SAP solution offered by the partner to a specific customer cannot be used for another customer.

Customers cannot reuse their existing SAP licenses when contracting with the partner.
